Curriculum vitae
Manuel received his master’s degree in electrical engineering at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg in November, 2020. Since January 2021 he is a research assistant in the team Radio Frequency Integrated Systems (RFIS).
He is engaged in the research of circuit architectures of integrated communication systems for next-generation mobile radio systems. His focus is on the development of high-frequency components for communication at 140 GHz in BiCMOS technology and the design of the baseband and control components required for operation.
