Dr. Tobias Fuchs
Dr. Fuchs has more than 25 years of experience in providing commercial law advice (including litigation) to national and international corporations, medium-sized and owner-managed companies, financial investors and start-ups as well as public corporations with a focus on digital transformation (in particular information technology law, cloud, industry 4.0, big data and data protection as well as artificial intelligence), corporate law and technology transactions, restructuring and outsourcing, risk and compliance advice, intellectual property management and licensing systems, consumer protection and competition law.
Before joining WTS, Dr Fuchs worked for many years as a senior partner at Deloitte in Munich (2017-2023) and KPMG in Munich (2010-2017) and previously as a lawyer for one of the leading U.S. commercial law firms Latham&Watkins LLP in Frankfurt (2002-2009) and one of the leading German law firms Wessing & Berenberg-Gossler (now TaylorWessing) (1999-2002). He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
He has been a Guest Researcher at the ESCS Chair at FAU since 2024.
